Terms of Service

These terms explain how Gabayer works as a marketplace for expert consultations, what you can expect, and what we expect from users and experts.

Last updated: TODO
1. Overview

Gabayer is a marketplace that helps you discover and book independent experts for consultation sessions.

Experts are independent providers and set their own rates, availability, and session terms (where applicable).

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to follow all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Gabayer.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Bookings and sessions

Bookings are scheduled consultation sessions between you and an expert.

Experts may set session length, deliverables, prerequisites, and preparation requests.

You agree to provide reasonable context so the expert can prepare, and to attend sessions on time.

4. Pricing and payments

Experts control their own pricing. Prices may vary by expert, category, and demand.

You pay per session (or a bundle if the expert offers one). Gabayer does not sell subscriptions for consultations.

Payment methods, taxes (if any), and receipts are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by expert and may depend on how close to the start time the request is made.

If a session is cancelled by the expert, you may be offered rescheduling or a refund, depending on the situation.

If you have an issue with a booking, contact support with details so we can help.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with service operation.

Do not harass, discriminate, or engage in abusive behavior toward experts or other users.

We may take action, including suspending accounts, to protect users and the integrity of the marketplace.

7. Content and feedback

You may submit content such as messages, booking details, or feedback.

You represent you have the rights to submit what you share and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may provide feedback to improve Gabayer; we may use it without restriction, unless prohibited by law.

8. Disclaimers

Experts provide independent advice; outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone’s control.

Gabayer does not guarantee results, business performance, or suitability of advice for your specific situation.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gabayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Gabayer for the booking giving rise to the claim (if any), unless prohibited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
